Welcome friends, my name is Sarah, and I’m a Reiki practitioner within the Usui Holy Fire lineage, offering both in-person and distant healing for individuals, couples, small groups, and animals.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing art that activates the body’s natural ability for to heal itself. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese Rei (spiritual wisdom) and Ki (life force energy).

I trained with the Devon School of Reiki in 2021 and have since shared Reiki across the globe (online) and in person in the UK and Portugal—through retreats, 1:1 sessions, workshops, wellbeing centres, hospital wards, and charities such as The Mustard Tree Cancer Support Centre. My work also flows through ceremonial and creative spaces, always guided by the energy of connection and compassion.

Practising Reiki has profoundly enriched my life — deepening my spiritual awareness, grounding my energy, and reminding me of our innate connection to all of life. Reiki helps raise vibration, enhance mood and immunity, and restore harmony across mind, body, and spirit.

My practice is heart-led and intuitive, working with Reiki energy both on and off the body. Each session unfolds with intention and sacred rituals inviting healing for the highest good. I often weave in talismans, essential oils, colour, crystals, stones, sound, and light therapy, allowing these elements to support emotional balance, insight, empowerment, and realignment - helping to restore clarity, vitality, and harmony.

Alongside my Reiki work, I’m also a professional artist and creative facilitator, inspired by synesthesia, nature, the abstract, colour, and embodied practices. I find joy in wild swimming, dancing, playing the Saxophone, painting, spiritual exploration, and eating sun-warmed, ripe papayas.
