Welcome friends, my name Sarah & I am a Reiki practitioner with the Usui Holy Fire lineage, offering both distant and in-person healing for individuals, groups, and animals. I received my training and with the Devon School of Reiki. Since 2022, I’ve been sharing Reiki in the UK and Portugal through retreats, 1-1, workshops, wellbeing centres, hospital wards, and ceremonial spaces.

My practice is heart-led and intuitive. I work with Reiki energy both on and off the body, allowing each session to be guided by intention and for the highest good. I incorporate colour as a channel for healing, working with the auric field and energy centres, and often weave in crystals, coloured light therapy, stones, sound, and creativity to facilitate its work. Each of these elements gently reveals areas in need of healing, insight, empowerment, encouragement and alignment.

You are so warmly invited to hold your own intentions throughout the session, while I support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and awakening the unique gifts you bring into this world.

• Session lengths: 1 hour for individuals / 2 hours for couples or small groups
• Reiki: A gentle, Japanese healing art that channels universal life force energy through light touch and restorative meditation.
• Reiki with Crystals: A blend of Reiki energy and specific crystals to promote balance, affirmation, clarity, and realignment.
• Reiki & Creativity: A unique fusion of Reiki and intuitive art therapy, supporting emotional insight, harmony, and personal empowerment through creative expression.
• Group Healing Experiences: Intimate and heartfelt sessions for you and a loved one—human or animal. These can be gifted or booked as shared healing experiences.
